We believe in providing a high quality standard of cleaning, so when the new owners move in – often after a very stressful time of extra costs, problems and delays – they will be happy.
Often the builders that have left grout, paint, glue etc. on tiles, windows and bath. We try our best to remove these products without causing any damage. This often requires slow, careful and meticulous extra work.
Our New Built/Renovation Cleaning Services are covered in our Interior and Exterior Standard Clean as outlined below. We use a checklist as we clean throughout the house – this means we can let you know if there is unfinished work or something missing, broken or needs to be redone. This is a win/win as we know if there are problems and you are able to rectify them.
Mostly we come out just once when tradespeople have finished and just before the new owner moves in. Through our experience we have found sometimes it is necessary to have a first clean and a final clean.
An example of how this works is: We will do a first clean a week before the handover date – that gives us a chance to do a good all-over clean including the windows. At the same time we will give you the checklist that will specify anything that needs to be “fixed”. That gives you a chance to rectify any problems before our second and final clean on handover day.
When the house and/or garage doors, pathways and driveways need a good final clean, our team includes exterior window cleaners and water blasters – if you require these services remember to book them as extras services.
Please Note: We prefer to not work around builders/tradespeople as they are still producing dust/grit and general mess, but we understand that this can be difficult to arrange. This means we can only guarantee the quality of our work when we are the last people in the house before take over date.
